49 never missed period unless pregnant in all my years. Never use birth control of any kind. No symptoms of menopause at all then 8 weeks ago no period at all. No spotting. Just nausea... needing to pee.. over the last couple weeks sore slightly puffy boobs..food aversions to raw meat smell... and craving spicy foods.. first hpt was negative. Have not retaken it. Scared of answer. Can woman my age get pregnant naturally? Or can menopause hit suddenly with no symptoms?
