4yr. Old Daughter's Feet Have Been Peeling For Over A

4yr. old daughter's feet have been peeling for over a week now with no other symptoms. her hands were peeling as well, but have gotten better. however her feet seem to be getting worse and now her knees are peeling as well. Doctor said since no other symptom it's not hand, foot and mouth disease or strep and that it didn't look like a fungus infection that it's probably just from being barefoot or swimming, but her feet are so dry the bottom of her lil toes are starting to bleed. what can i put to help?
