5 Days Ago I Slipped On The Ice And Fell

5 days ago I slipped on the ice and fell on my right shin. The xray did not show a fracture.according to the ER Dr. Now I have numbness down the front of my shin and also a painful burning sensation. There is a very painful spot that I cannot touch at all
