5 Days Ago My Adult Grandson Shot Himself In The

5 days ago my adult grandson shot himself in the first joint of his finger with a nailgun. At this point, he has no redness ,heat or significant loss of movement. He has minimal swelling and slight tenderness. I think it's ok.Told him to try some IBU to see if it helps the swelling. I don't think he needs to be seen. Do you?
