5 Days Ago Someone Gave Me A Bear Hug And

5 days ago someone gave me a bear hug and lifted me off floor and I heard my back crack all the way down. I now have extreme pain in my back, if I bend over I can't pick up anything because I lose my breath from the pain. Now the pain is shooting down my left buttocks cheek. What can I take?
