5 Months Ago I Had Emergency Surgery To Remove 4

5 months ago I had emergency surgery to remove 4 blood clots, 2 in my abdominal aorta and1 in each leg. I had been having pain in my left hip at walking but had thought it was just age, weight, and laziness. I was told after surgery that I had PAD. My question is how quickly can the arteries become occluded again, as I am starting to have hip pain again. There were 2 stents placed during surgery and I am now on Plavix and aspirin.
