5 Weeks Ago I Had Lost All Taste. Unable To

5 weeks ago I had lost all taste. unable to taste sweet, salty, sour or spicy. Faint flavors only.
3 weeks ago i developed a sinus infection and went to the doctor. Prescribed an anti biotic and said loss of taste could be normal.
I still can not taste food. It mostly tastes bitter and is a struggle to eat. I've lost about 10 pounds.
