5 Weeks Ago I Had Unprotected Sex. About 3 Or

5 weeks ago I had unprotected sex. About 3 or 4 days later, I found a red bump on the back of my penis shaft that looked similar to a blister. I immediately assumed it was herpes. The next day, the bump/blister had deflated a tad bit, but was still definitely evident. I went to the doctors the day after, and he examined it and said it did not resemble a herpes lesion, mainly because it was not opening and it was a single lesion. I was tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea which both came up negative. He was not sure what the bump could be, and gave me a few suggestions and thought it was benign. This seemed a bit curious, because I have never seen such a bump appear, and then it happens right after a sexual encounter which makes me believe it has to be related to this encounter.

After two weeks, the bump was still the same. However, at this this time another bump had appeared. It was much smaller then the first, but looked a bit similar. I called my doctor and explained, but he still said it was not herpes because the bumps were not opening. Two weeks after this, (so a month after the sexual encounter), I began to rub the initial bump a bit. Then one morning I woke up and the bump was bleeding a bit, and looked as if it had emptied a bit. I cleaned it with soap and water, and dabbed the spot with tissues throughout the day to take out any of the blood. It was an open sore for a day or so, but then closed back up and looked the same as it had before it emptied (maybe a little smaller). I called my doctor again, and he still remained calm and thought it was just a cist or something emptying. I still am skeptical although, because I just feel it had to have been related to the sexual encounter. If not herpes, then something else. Now it has been five weeks, and the bumps still remain. No pain, no itching, and no real changing. Just a few days ago, the tip of my penis has been stinging/tingling. No bumps have came up around it, and it feels like it is coming from the urethra possibly.
