5 Weeks Ago I Woke Up With Severe Neck Pain

5 weeks ago I woke up with severe neck pain and stiffness, as well as a dull headache and just a general feeling of being unwell. I never developed a fever so I rode it out and improved after about 5 days. Ever since then I've had a dull pain or sometimes just a feeling of pressure at the top of my head, it never goes away instead varying in intensity. It often wakes me through the night, and I wake up with pain in my head every morning. I had been starting to get headaches occasionally in the months before which were new for me. I wasn't worried about the headaches figuring they'd resolve eventually, but now I'm having episodes where I feel like I'm going to pass out. I have had bouts of dizziness for several months, however, they were mostly after a lot of activity like an intense workout. Now these dizziness spells are unexplained and have increased in severity. I don't know if this warrants investigation now or if I should wait and see if it resolves on its own.
