5 Years Of General Discomfort And On And Off Urethra

5 years of general discomfort and on and off urethra pain and inflammation ( last inch of urethra), once in a while testicular pain. Onset of symptoms began post adult circumcision but uncertain if any correlation. Been tested for EVERYTHING. Labs, urninalysis, and lower ct scan show a very healthy 29 year old male. Very clean lifestyle. Best theory so far was from a Dr suggesting a "sludging" of broken up stone or sand. But no data to back it up. Very, very uncomfortable and losing hope. I would welcome any thoughts.
