50 yr old healthy male. recently found a bite on my leg. didn't see or feel it. The next day I started getting sick with vomitting, nausea, fever, chills, just feeling blah. Today fever went to 102.3 and have several bump/blisters popping up. Taking tylenol for fever. When should I see a doctor?
