51 YEAR OLD MALE FEVER 99 to 103 with bad sweats then bad chills 6 days now also i have no urge to eat not hungry i force down a slice of bread ,and drink a lot of water, urine is dark and very sluggish and head pain is so rough in the morning i took a old pain killer i had laying around please help
