51 Year Old Male, Noticed An Increase Sensitivity To Heat

51 year old male, noticed an increase sensitivity to heat or cold , sometimes hard to hold cold items, hands are cold and hot, sun exposer can cause headaches, neck and face burn and trigger itching everywhere guessing overactive nerves, I was in the sun last august, overheated , but I came inside before it lead to heat exhaustion.
