51 Yrs. Female; Non Menopausal; Hashimoto's Thyroiditis; Suffered Trigeminal Nerve

51 yrs. Female; Non menopausal; Hashimoto's Thyroiditis; Suffered trigeminal nerve damage during dental procedure 2 yrs ago & suffers severe headache (constant, acute pain, non-throbbing). Current medications: Armor Thyroid; Gabapentin (1200 mg per day); Wellbutrin (100 mg.); Fentanyl patch 25 mg (every 3 days); Hydrocodone/Acet. 7.5/325 (as needed - no more than 4 per day) On Medical Leave from teaching job. QUESTION: "I am constantly HOT - not warm but hot, as in dripping with sweat. This does not change with the outside weather. I spend most of my time alternating between pouring sweat and then shivering (it is like I can't escape the heat and, when I do try, I only end up adding clothes/blankets only to throw them off within a minute's span). The only relief I get is to sleep in my own bedroom with the windows wide open - and last night it was 26 degrees outside! I cannot stand to have the heat on during the day yet my family cannot take the cold when they arrive home. What is causing this extreme heat and is there anything I can do to help things improve? I have been this way for about the last 5 yrs. My 86 yr. old mother is also "hot-blooded", as she calls it. Yet I seem far more debilitated than she ever has. This is completely ruining my life as I can no longer go places with my family nor sleep with my husband any more.
