52 Year Old Female. Her Mom Died Of Ovarian Cancer

52 year old female. Her mom died of ovarian cancer at 59. 52 year old has uterus full of fibroids. About 100 of them. Her ca125 is 88. She had a transvaginal which showed ovaries to be enlarged to the size of oranges. She is on the pill but has bled non stop for a month. She is anemic. Her liver enzyme numbers are elevated. She is scheduled for a cat scan of liver for possible fatty liver. She also has a MRI coming up for a throbbing pain in her temple. Opinion?
