53 Years Old And Missed First Period. I Am Sexually

53 years old and missed first period. I am sexually active. I have my tubes tied 16 yrs ago my boyfriend who is 44. Got fixed few yrs a go. He thinks I am pregnant because I have headaches, nausea, dizzy. I did have some light spotting and some light cramps. It is my menopsuse now?
