55 Year Old Caucasian Female. Other Than Out Of Shape,

55 year old Caucasian female. Other than out of shape, the only health issue is hypertension controlled with medication.

I occasionally get a spasm at the bottom of my sternum....occasionally being once every couple of months. When I get it, I feel like I might pass out...vision starts to fade but not completely. Possible related to gas because a good belch does seem to help. That and sitting up straight (only seems to happen when sitting).
