57 Y/o Female History History Of Gerd, Ibs, I Also

57 y/o female history history of gerd, ibs, I also have a double stent in my heart. I have had pain all day in my upper abdomen directly below my breasts. The pain is severe & I'm feeling slightly nauseous. The pain woke me up last night and has continued all day getting progressively worse. I do feel constipated and gassy.
