57 Year Old Female, Postmenopausal, Very Healthy, About 3 Weeks

57 year old female, postmenopausal, very healthy, about 3 weeks ago couple of bright red spots came out with urine, lots of cramps, continuous urination urgency since than,today no more cramps, but very heavy feel around left ovary, continuous pain, like a rock pushing into my uterus.
