57 years old. had 2 difficult births and left with episotomy that took forever to heal. now all is reopening from front to back. doctor prescribed estrogen cream 3 weeks on 1 off. tear progressively getting bigger, lately in the anal area. no sex for two months, constant cleaning due to fecal seepage. do not see any point in the estrogen cream or oral pills. any other options?
