58 year old female, 5 years post liver transplant, decreased kidney function, cured of lifelong Hep c 1 year after over 8 full year treatment since 1991. Suffering 70 lb weight gain, fatigue, losing balance and strength in lower extremities, no longer able to stoop down..labral tears both hips, recent cortisone iinjections no help.
