58yo Female History Of Oa,fibro,nafatty Liver,gastroparesis, Have Been Having Increasing

58yo female history of oa,fibro,nafatty liver,gastroparesis, have been having increasing episodes of "just wiped out after any activities,"with dyspnea and tachycardia up to 130's,normal is 60-70's also have pressure OR sharp pains in my chest and pain in right not left bottom jaw. Also have abdominal bloating very frequently.
