6 Month Baby Having Congenital Hypothyroidsm Was Normal On Taking

6 month baby having congenital hypothyroidsm was normal on taking synthroid. Baby underwent a surgery for her bilateral hip dislocation when she was 6 months. Looking like she became little slugglish and poor muscle tone, less concentration and her dose for thyroid increased.. Will she retain her concentration back and become normal like before?
