6 Month Old Had His First Fever Ever 4 Days

6 month old had his first fever ever 4 days ago.. We toolk him to dr. his eyes are still a little glazed, but he is eating well and has been play for most of the day. This evening for the first time we have noticed a rasp in his breathing.

we have a follow up appointment with him this coming Tuesday three days from now. should we be concerned enough to take him to an ER tonight?
