6 Weeks Ago I Went To Er With Sharp Abdominal

6 weeks ago I went to er with sharp abdominal pain which turnd into ovarian cysts which turned into infection and than inflammation..I have constant lower spine pain swelling and lumps nothing helps the pain I have it sitting standing walking laying down nothing helps the abdominal or spine pain..I have had ct scan two ultra sounds one on gallbladder and one on ovaries. .all they keep doing is prescribing me more and more medicine with no results. My heart rate was down in the 40's with severe pain on whole right side and difficulty breathing and noticed i now have bruises all over my body little ones... any suggestions?
