6 Year Old Granddaughter Not Eating. At ER Last Week.

6 year old granddaughter not eating. At ER last week. Ent next day no strep. Family dr that day did blood work and and X-ray. Blood work good. X-ray showed constipated. Has been going a bit with enema and oral med. now not eating getting weaker and constant burping. Been goin on 2 weeks very little fluids. Dr says nothing he can find. Help
