60 Yr Old Female Constant Feeling Of Nausea Or Car

60 yr old female constant feeling of nausea or car sickness in combination with lower back pain along entire base of lower back hip to hip, I am under stress, using Fetzima for depression and lorazepam at night for anxiety. use Norco for back pain (which before this has been diagnosed as femerol stenosis and some disk compression) but pain was getting less over the years. I don't know if the stomach pain (between the stomach and abdomen) is causing the back pain or the back pain causes the nausea and stomach pain. Pepto doesn't relieve it, eating or not eating doesn't make a difference. Using a heating pad on stomach and back can help or laying down in bed for a few hours but the nausea continues. Saw my doctor for RX refill and told him symptoms and he is ordering an ultrasound to start with. My dad has been living with us for two years and is gradually getting medically worse so at first I though this could just be anxiety and stress but over the last month it has gotten worse, I am ill even before I get out of bed in the morning. What should we be looking for? Kidney, gall bladder or ulcer? Please give be some advice.
