61 Year Old Female, Blood Pressure 166/96 Heart Rate 66

61 year old female, blood pressure 166/96 heart rate 66 . Experencing chills, and pain all over. Very sleepy. Is on 100ml Atenolol. Was involved in an MVA 5 years ago and due to that she is on high doses of morphine, and Lyrica to treat her pain. Also on Januvia, Cymbalta, Nexium, soflax, . Has recently been seen by a cardiologist for racing heart, stess test, echo all showed normal. Had a Lidocaine infusion last Monday for chronic pain. Should I be concerned about the rising blood pressure since it is stage 2 hypertension?
