62 year old with recent rectum pressure like pressure on my anal sphincter . rectum has been sore and coccxy area too, no fall , no trama. Have had hemmoroids in past and this is different. abd pain on and off. did self reactal exam this eve during bath and felt a spongy , warty feeling mass in lower anus. lower back pain last 3 days. transient nausea.
