63 F, about 5'7 160lbs. Vitals taken laying down; BP: 100/70; R:32; P:65. C/O, dry cough, out of it- cant focus or think, SOB, fatigue, chest pain, feeling like chest is caving in when breathing. Hx; shingles, complete hysterectomy, high cholesterol, stomach acid issues, anxiety. Doesn't want to go see a doctor, wont do to urgent care.
