64 Y/o WM. While Visiting On East Coast 3 Months

64 y/o WM. While visiting on East coast 3 months ago I suddenly had my left kidney develop a bleed, landing me in a ICU for a week. No hx of trauma. Told not unusual to have this happen. Was told not to fly for two weeks after getting out of hospital and to f/u with local Urologist. After two more CT scans with contrast showing nodules, and one new larger on this last report, the Urologist wants to remove the kidney and lymph nodes. The prior scans had too much blood to visualize the kidney. Does not want to do biopsy r/t possible spread if nodules were cancerous. What should I do?
