67 yr old woman...sitting outside hot weather..one drink some guacamole and a quesadilla..felt " uncomfortable" at picnic table moved to a chair. Lost color in her face. Started seeing spots, blurry, may have been unconscious for a few seconds during which time she thre up..came to to notice she had thrown up. BP 130/66 SHould I convince her to go to ER? She's wanting to sleep now
