7 1/2 Weeks And Something Weird Is Going On. Please

7 1/2 weeks and something weird is going on. Please read and help. Advice?
I am 7 1/2 weeks pregnant and almost 8. But i can feel my.. Uterus.. Im not sure hohow to explain it. The baby is under my ribs and going toward my lady parts. I dont think i should be this big and feeling the baby where i feel him. I can also feel a hardening under my breast. Its not wide but long. Any advice would really be welcomed. And please no rude comments. I have an appointment Monday, i just want to have some idea on whats going on. Thank you
My family has alot of twins,i am a twin, although it didnt show in the ultrasound.. Could that be a possible answer? That i might be having twins. I realize that it mught not actually be the baby but why am i swollen in one region of my belly. Why am I feeling this way. As i said i have an appointment soon. All i want is advice. Do not tell me to go get checked. And basically re write my question and say im wrong. I feel like I'm 6 months along. Im having hip pains too...yup
