7 Month Old. Has Congestion And Low Grade Fever. Cannot

7 month old. Has congestion and low grade fever. Cannot use pacifier and is having a hard time taking bottle because can't breathe out of his nose. Trying cool mist humidifier this evening and is propping up. He isn't sleeping much. Have used pedialite and has taken a few ounces. He is running a low grade fever of 100.5 in evening and night. He did not sleep much at all last night. Do you recommend he get to a physician or wait and see how he does. He is also cutting teeth.
