7 Year Old Complains Of The Feeling That A Noodle

7 year old complains of the feeling that a noodle is stuck in in her throat. Over a year getting worse, now causes daily nausea. Says it feels like metal rings that are too tight in her throat. Doesn't eat good anymore says food is filled up to her neck. Pale most of the time gets tired quickly.
