7 year old neutered male shepherd/golden lab/bernease mix showing what appears to be blood in white hair around tip of penis, although we cant see blood in urine when he pees in the snow? Small tufts of hair come out easily with cuticle attached - could these things be related? His energy level is the same, he doesn't appear to be in any discomfort but I'm sure he shouldn't be losing his coat during a cold Canadian winter?
