7 Yrs Ago I Had Stem Cell Transplant For CLL

7 yrs ago I had stem cell transplant for CLL it worked except I have to have IVIG about every 2 months 2 weeks ago I had CT scan which showed a thoracic para aortic mass they have scheduled a biopsy. Is it a chance it is a return of my CLL? My blood work is normal except my IGG levels
