70 Year Old Woman, Slightly Underweight Recently Who Has COPD

70 year old woman, slightly underweight recently who has COPD & Emphysemia suffered a severe bronchitis 2/2015 which left her with heart damage. Diagnosed with AFib at that time. Recently diagnosed with ATach & AFib. Has had a dramatic muscle tone loss to just the left side of her whole body from head to toe along with weight loss over the past 6 months approximately. Has never had an echocardiogram to assess the damage to her heart. None of her current heart drs appear to be interested in the marked difference between the left & right side of her body. It's important to know this person has been predominantly left handed her entire life.
