72yo Male Dec 19 TURP For Tissue At Bladder Neck

72yo male Dec 19 TURP for tissue at bladder neck after radical prostatectomy in 2001 for CA. Chronic atrial fib for past 7 yrs. on Pradaxa. DC Pradaxa 3 days prior to surgery. Procedure went well. Sent home same day. That evening onset cardiac pain. Local hospital elevated troop ins referred to Dartmouth for cath. No evidence need for stint BUT bled from operative site. Slow blood loss to hgb of<8..traction on catheter finally controlled post op bleed BUT UTI followed first agent didn't work Bactrim effective BUT now have pancytopenia. 2 units packed cells a week ago transfused now hgb 10, wbc 2100, platelets 85,000. My plan is to see my PCP tomorrow and ask for hematology consult
