73y/o Male, Been Taking Concor For A Year Now Along

73y/o male, been taking concor for a year now Along with coversyl. Doc change the time of taking concor from morning to afternoon. And coversyl before sleeping. Hard for me because I usually take naps in the afternoon and hard time sleeping at night. Doc also found from recnt visit that my ogtt result was high 237mg/dl. Is it ok to take Concor in the morning along with other meds like Pletaal, and Zolid and Vit. Instead od in the afternoon.
