74 Yoa Female,diagnosed With Spinal Stenosis, And Disinigrating Disk Disease

74 yoa female,diagnosed with spinal stenosis, and disinigrating disk disease which has just about run its course. My doctor has quit prescribing tramadol, or any type of narcotic pain pills to all of her patients. Surgery is not an option, physical therapy has not helped. I use a variety of OTC medications, but am afraid I am going to ruin my kidneys or liver or stomach. The spinal stenosis is evidently due to a genetic condition which was just diagnosed a year ago. Would dearly love to walk without constant pain and sleep at least 4-5 hours a night, straight through. Thank you for your consideration.
