75 y.o.male c/o feels like it is hard to breath, no chest pain, no fever, negative chest x-rays and blood work normal. No cold or other symptoms. Could it be anxiety or something else? Intercostal muscles strain? Snow blowed last week and came in and had difficulty breathing.
