76 Year Old Greek Mother-in-law Flew In To Houston From

76 year old Greek mother-in-law flew in to Houston from Athens Friday night. Sunday for a few seconds and Tuesday 3 different instances for a few seconds, she couldn't enunciate when speaking. Also had burning in left big toe and from knee down on left side. Went to ER and since she has no insurance here, she didn't have tests done. The RN said good pulse, could flex and point and do everything else physically asked by Dr and nurse to check for stroke. Takes cholesterol medication and mesulid sometimes and was taking St. John's Wort (because started feeling depressed) for 1 week until ER visit and read side effects...luckily no tongue probs since then. But still has nauseous stomach, headaches in back left quadrant of head, and pain in back of neck and left upper arm and shoulder, weakness. These pains have been going off and on for months. Also had shingles (not sure when)on left side of head and face. Any idea what is wrong with her, or what she should or shouldn't be taking? She goes back to Greece on Mother's Day (and plans on getting cat scan and blood work at hospital), but I'm worried about flight stress, blood clots, etc.
