76 Year Old Female With A Venous Leg Ulcer That

76 year old female with a venous leg ulcer that has not healed in over 18 years. Doctors have removed the veins surrounding the wound and performed a skin graft but no change. She is in constant pain now and the medication she has been given throughout the years have weakened her heart so no more surgery for her. She just wants the pain to go away, she doesnt care about healing it anymore. It has grown immensely in the past year. Please help us, please.
