8-9 Months Ago I Broke Out With Lesions On My

8-9 months ago I broke out with lesions on my scalp once those scabbed over and fell off I occasionally have had sensitivity itching and burning.. but within the last two -3 weeks I've experienced bad headaches wherever the itching burning and needle like prices are.. what do you think this might be it leaves me tired ..
Fyi I also had an MRI done on my brain but the neurologist wasn't concerned about the small cyst on the lining of my brain.
