8 Weeks Ago I Had An Injury Resulting In Broken

8 weeks ago I had an injury resulting in broken jaw, broken facial bones, and teeth being broken. Plastic surgery was performed and a titanium mesh type net was installed through the upper gum line. All is healed now and I'm experiencing a metallic taste in my mouth. Teeth have not been repaired. Have numbness in parts of lips, teeth and gum. Why am I getting the mettalic taste and how long will numbness coninue?
