80 yr old male that has been on a lot of pain meds per drip. He has 5 surgery in 1 wk. he has a fib. Diabetic. Coumadin dependant. He has been agitated They thought sun downing. He was given haldol last night when he started delusions and all day today he has not been lucid at all day. Is there a safer drug
