87 Year Old Mother Has Cracked Reddened/darkened Skin On Face

87 year old mother has cracked reddened/darkened skin on face and neck with brown raised scab-like spots running down her arms. very warm to touch but no fever. was prescribed bacitracin and triamcinolone for topical application and cipro eye drops. Wondering if both topicals can be applied at same time.
