87 Years Old Suffer With High Blood Pressure, Congestive Heart

87 years old suffer with high blood pressure, congestive heart failure and afib. Lately not able to sleep. As soon as I start falling asleep I feel that I can not breath. Could it be the medicines? I take entresta, metropolol, furosemide, pradaxa and digoxin.
