9 Days Ago I Had Sickness And Diorhea Took Me

9 days ago I had sickness and diorhea took me 3 days to recover this morning I woke up had a slight sick feeling like a knot in the middle of my chest and nigly pains on the left and right side of my lower stomach like the area of my ovaries .i was sick once at lunchtime I just feel tender now in the middle of the chest but the pains come in waves in the low part of my stomach I feel hot and cold and week .i have been to the toilet twice today the 1st time it was a little runny not a lot and the second I was constipated but did eventually go.
There's no blood but I have a wind like feelings and grumbling noises in my tummy and I am bloated and lost my appetite however I have eaten a little today. I had to come home from work as I felt too ill
